Gospel Galore is a faith-inspired jewellery and beauty brand on a mission to help you wear your faith boldly and beautifully. We design premium, personalised pieces — from Bible-versed clover necklaces and name bracelets to faith-inspired lip glosses and lipliners — that spark conversations and spread the Good News of Jesus Christ through everyday style.

Restocking timelines vary by product. If an item is out of stock, you'll see a waitlist sign-up button on the product page — pop your details in and we'll notify you as soon as it's back. We recommend signing up so you don't miss out!

ORDERS

Once an order is placed, we're typically unable to make changes as our team begins processing immediately. However, if your order has not yet been shipped, we'll do our best to help. Email us at support@gospelgalore.com with your order number, the correction needed, and your updated address (if applicable), and we'll see what we can do.

Please contact us as soon as possible at support@gospelgalore.com with your order number and the correct address. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll update it for you. Please note: if a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, a refund will be issued minus the original postage cost.

First, check your spam or junk folder — it sometimes ends up there! If you still can't find it, email us at support@gospelgalore.com with the name and email address used at checkout and we'll look into it for you.

We're so sorry to hear that! Please email support@gospelgalore.com with your order number and a description (or photo) of the issue within 1 week of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement for you.

Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed. If you have a valid code, please email us at support@gospelgalore.com with your order number and the code, and we'll see what we can do on a case-by-case basis.

A pre-order means an item is not yet in stock but is available to purchase in advance. If an item is available for pre-order, this will be clearly indicated on the product page, along with the expected dispatch date. Pre-order items will ship once they become available, your other in-stock items with ship with your pre-order item once it is available.

Shipping

Pre-orders allow you to secure an item before it’s officially available. Shipping for pre-orders begins only after the product is in stock, which means your order might take longer to arrive. If you order other in-stock items with a pre-order, everything will ship together once the pre-order is ready. Make sure to check the estimated shipping date in the product description to plan accordingly!

If you have ordered a personalised item, please leave at least 4-6 weeks to deliver your order. Due to the personalisation nature of the product, we do our best to ensure we cater to your needs as beautifully as possible.

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Necklaces

Our necklaces are made from stainless steel, a material known for its resistance to corrosion, rust, and tarnishing. This durability ensures that our necklaces remain in good condition, perfect for everyday wear compared to other materials like silver or gold. 

Import duties and taxes

For orders shipped outside of United Kingdom, local customs authorities may charge import duties, taxes, or fees upon delivery. These charges depend on your country's regulations and are typically the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we cannot predict or control these fees. We recommend contacting your local customs office for details on potential charges before placing an order.

Lipliners

Yes, the lipliners can be used like a normal pencil! You can use any sharpener to sharpen the lipliner and wind it up.
